Job Responsibilities :

• Savvy in Cash Flow Projection / Forecasting & Budgeting.
• Reconciliation of Daily, Monthly, And Yearly Transactions.
• Processing invoices.
• Manage Records and Receipts.
• To ensure monthly financial statements are calculated correctly and reported on time to management (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Patty’s Money, Etc).
• Implementing an internal financial control strategy to ensure that all financial activities are carried out in accordance with company policies.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Ms. Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
• Analytical problem solving ability.
• Have Honest, Responsible, Thorough, Systematic, Good Communication.
• Placement in West Jakarta or Tangerang City.
• Can join ASAP.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform SISO (Sell In Sell Out) sales data processing.
• Perform warehouse data processing.
• Perform customer data processing.
• Create sales data reports per weekly, monthly, & yearly.
• Process and present data in the form of statistics, diagrams, and graphs.
• Monitor sales data a SKU.
• Analyse prices and competitor products as well as product data sold.
• Identify data findings that are not in accordance with the data structure.

Job Requirements :

• Male/Female, Max. 32 years old.
• S1 All Major (Preferably IT or IS)
• Experience min. 1 year in Data Processing or Fresh Graduate.
• Able & familiar with using data processing software.
• Able and understand various measurement methodologies (SQL, Tableu etc).
• Able to create reports through Dashboard in Ms.Excel or Google Sheets.
• Mastering Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot Table formulas etc.
• Domiciled around Tangerang City or West Jakarta

Job Description:

• Membalas pesan dari pelanggan secara cepat
• Memperbaharui jumlah stok barang
• Mengkonfirmasi pesanan dari pelanggan (melalui Marketplace)
• Input data order pelanggan
• Melayani komplain dan membalas umpan balik/ Feed Back dari pelanggan dengan sopan
• Mengkonfirmasi jika ada stok barang yang habis
• Dapat bekerja dengan sistem 3 Shift (Pagi, Siang & Malam)
• Menyiapkan Set Room untuk Live streaming (Ringhlight, Produk Dispaly & Mic)
• Live di Platform Sosial Media TikTok & Instagram ( durasi 60 menit).

• Wanita (20-25 tahun)
• Must Have Good Looking
• Memiliki kepercayaan diri tinggi di depan kamera
• Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
• Paham mengoprasionalkan Media Sosial (IG, TikTok dll)
• Paham mengoprasionalkan Marketplace/ E-Commerce (Tiktok shop, Shopee dll)
• Cepat dan Tanggap (Multi Tasking)
• Jujur dan Teliti
• Memiliki keterampilan dasar Ms. Excel
• Berdomisili di sekitar Kota Tangerang atau Jakarta Barat.
